The Cascade Town Hall is available for rent by Cascade Township residents as well as non-residents for private events such as homeowner association meetings, holiday parties, graduations, and reunions. Reservations may be made by contacting the town clerk by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by simply filling out the application located on our documents page and mailing it to the Town Hall.
The Town Hall Rental Policy can be found here. You can check availability by looking at the Town Hall Calendar on the Calendar page; however, the most up-to-date information will be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.
The town hall has a large meeting room (29′ x 53′), a board meeting room (26′ x 25′), handicap accessible restrooms, and a food service area (13′ x 12′).
For events the hall has 8′ rectangular tables (10), 6′ rectangular tables (5) and chairs (120 stacking banquet).
The food service area is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and a modest selection of serving dishes, utensils, and flatware. Limited counter top appliances are also available.
Rate: Non-Township resident is $100.00 per event and $50.00 per event for a Township resident.
