Announcement from People's Energy Cooperative
Dear Member,
In an effort to provide you a reliable power supply, People's Energy Cooperative (PEC) will be performing tree trimming and clearing from overhead power lines in sections of New Haven and Cascade Townships. The primary work expected to be done is tree trimming, although trees may also need to be removed due to safety concerns. Before any trees are removed, the contractors will contact you prior to the work being completed.
This work will be done by Carr's Tree Service. This company has been hired by PEC to perform this work beginning April 2024 and lasting through the end of the year. Representatives from Carr's Tree Service will make their best effort to communicate with you to discuss the nature of the tree work needed on your property. Unfortunately, if the contractor cannot get ahold of you, the tree trimming and/or removal will still take place.
